They Draw and Travel

They Draw is an online platform for illustrators to showcase their work. In 2021 they challenged artists around the world to illustrate a map of their favourite walkabout. My entry was selected to be published in ‘Where We Walk’ a book showcasing 100 of their favourites.

“Throughout lockdown I have gone on (almost) daily walks in many of these green spaces and I always see things in the sky that inspire me. My map pays homage to everything I have seen in the skies whilst out on my walks. I've have also included the distance each object is from earth to give it some vertical perspective.“
